Expecting baby number 2 and currently have a toddler? Then this class was designed with you in mind. From the new challenges that come with a second child to helping your toddler transition to their new life. This class will leave you with some tips on making this exciting time a little less stressful for the family.

Expecting twins, or triplets?! This class is for you. We have designed this class to cover the logistics behind careing for multiples. Every class is tailored to discuss relevant information as it directly pertains to the questions or concerns that our registered parents and caregivers.
From breastfeeding and pumping to bottle beeding, this class will cover inafnt feeding options and your related questions or concerns. Shelly Gott, CPD, CLC, CHT and owner of Babies and Beyond will cover topics to help you understand hunger cues, proper breastfeeding latch, bottle feeding techniques, feeding challenges and so much more. Why take this class? This in person class allows you and your partner to receive relevant information in response to your specific questions leaving you feeling empowered to feed your newborn.

There are many reasons why newborns fuss and cry. This class will cover reflux and gas which are common discomforts your baby might struggle with. From positioning a baby with reflux to soothing infant massage techniques, our experienced postpartum doula's will equipt you with some tips and tricks to help sooth baby. As always we will have plenty of time for Q&A!
Getting ready for your first baby and have some questions aobut what to expect when brining baby home, then this is the class for you! Led by our certified port-partum doula and LCSW, both with years of experience, each class is tailered to meet the specific concerns of our registered guests. Some of the topics that will be covered:

This group will meet for 1 hour and discuss why sleep regressions happen, get some helpful information on what to expect and tips for supporting your baby through their development and back to sleeping through the night.
